Warframe: How To Farm Plastids Fast (2022) | Screen Rant

Plastids are one of the many resources that can be acquired in Warframe, and they're highly desirable to find because Plastids are a material that is used in building weapons, Archwings, and Warframes. Although Plastids are an uncommon resource, there are several locations where they can be found and farmed. However, these locations are only available to players who have progressed to a certain point in Warframe, so it's important to know where these Plastid farming areas are as players reach new milestones.

Unlike the Entrati Lanthorn resource in Warframe, Plastids can be found in both low and high-level locations, and in clusters of 10-30 before any resource drop rate bonus is applied. Specifically, Plastids can be found on Saturn, Uranus, Phobos, Pluto, and Eris across a variety of mission types. As players progress through Warframe and unlock new planets, they'll gain access to new planet locations and missions that will allow them to increase the number of Plastids that can be farmed.

Low-level and new players will want to begin farming Plastoids on Phobos through the Stickney mission on Phobos. This mission features enemies that are between levels 10-15, and Phobos is a great planet to farm Plastoids on for those who haven't unlocked many locations in Warframe. As players search for Life Support machines during this survival mission they come across lockers, crates, Plastid Carapaces, and enemies that will drop the resource.

Once players unlock the ability to travel to Saturn, they can either complete the Helene or Piscinas missions to farm more Plastids. Helene is a Defense mission with enemies that range from levels 21-26, while Piscinas is a Dark Sector Survival mission that features enemies on the same levels as well. The Ophelia Survival mission and Akkad Dark Sector Defense mission on Uranus and Eris, respectively, are the next best options for farming Plastids. However, Ophelia features enemies that are between levels 24-29 and Akkad has enemies ranging from level 35-45, so players will need to have some of Warframe's essential beginner mods equipped as well.

The best location to farm Plastids in Warframe is on Pluto, one of the final planets on the Star Chart that can be unlocked. Specifically, the Palus Survival mission on Pluto is the best way to farm Plastids on Pluto. Similar to the Stickney mission on Phobos, players will want to loot any lockers or crates that they come across while they roam around. Unlike the Phobos Survival mission, players will need ranked mods in order to successfully farm more Plastids in Palus.
