Dragon Ball and One Piece are filled with powerful foes for Goku and Luffy to fight, but each series features an antagonist who never needed to explore the full scope of their abilities, but if they did, they'd be capable of destroying both universes. While viewers anxiously await new episodes of the Dragon Ball Super anime to release, the One Piece series continues to air weekly episodes. Luffy's current opponent, regarded as the One Piece world's "Strongest Creature," Kaido, has many fearsome abilities. Still, he and one of Dragon Ball Super's coolest characters could be even stronger. Though Goku and Luffy have had a few cross overs, fans should be glad the same can't be said for their villains.
