DWTS: Carole Baskin Teases New TV Show & Memoir | Screen Rant

Carole Baskin has some new content coming out for all you cool cats and kittens. After being the first one sent home on Dancing With the Stars, the cat sanctuary owner is gearing up for a possible new TV show and a memoir she's writing about her life.

Since being introduced in the pandemic docuseries hit Tiger King, Carole found ways to grow and expand her brand. The Big Cat Rescue owner starred as the antagonist in the documentary due to her longstanding business feud against her competitor and arch-nemesis, Joe Exotic. The film followed the two as they wared with each other over the handlings of their respective tiger homes. However, when Joe took things too far and ordered a hit on Carole's life, it resulted in him being thrown in prison while Carole acquired his property and fame. But, Joe wasn't the only scandal in Carole's questionable past. For over twenty years, she has been suspected of having more information about her ex-husband's disappearance. He vanished back in 1997 and was declared dead after never being found. But many have accused her of making him disappear and using her gigantic tigers.

Still, Carole isn't shying away from the public. She recently sent out an email to her followers that announced some big projects she has in the works. “I’m in negotiations for a TV show series on the work we do to end big cat abuse and to write my memoirs,” she shared in her end-of-year email, as captured by Page Six. She went on to shade the others who were featured in the Netflix docuseries in the email she titled, “Where are the Tiger King stars now?” She called out her arch-nemeses, Joe Exotic and Doc Antle, for being locked away in jail after being indicted on two felony counts related to wildlife trafficking, among other charges respectively. She did so to boast about the success she has achieved since being targeted by the two during their years-long feud. In addition to the TV project and book she's working on, Carole also teased some other products she plans to release.

The season 29 star boasted about releasing a game, a bobble head, a licensing deal with mask manufacturers, and more. “I’m one of [personalized fan greeting video site] Cameo’s most prolific earners, having created more than 2,300 greetings with 400+ fabulous reviews.” It's good to see her staying positive after all the attacks she has endured.

During the season premiere of DWTS, the family of her late ex-husband paid to air a PSA asking for information about his still-pending missing person's case. The move was a direct dig at Carole and an attempt to tarnish the celebrity she has built for herself as a result of appearing in Tiger King.
